Enforcer Enterprises has built an outstanding reputation for product excellence, quality and customer service, which has enabled us to proudly supply many of Australia’s major companies, government utilities, councils, hospitals, universities and airports
Established in 2007, the Enforcer Group is the direct importer and manufacturer of a wide range of car park and safety products. The company also offers specialist safety services for line marking and installation of safety products. Clients who have used our services have always talked positively about us to others, helping us grow quickly.
As importers, the company follows a stringent procedure of evaluating all imports for quality and adherence to the Australian standards. Any divergence to the quality noticed by our quality check team is immediately reported to ensure that the products do not make it to the markets or even to our warehouse.
As manufacturers, we continually identify new and better technologies which can improve the quality of our products and be compliant to the standards. The Enforcer Group has a team which researches new materials and technologies which can help us improve our product offerings.
We also put a lot of emphasis in reducing our carbon footprint. This is done by implementing manufacturing procedures that encourage resource efficiency. Additionally, we use recycled materials for manufacturing several products. Most of our products are 100% recyclable so they do not harm the environment even after they have served their purpose.
Our company values its customers and its employees. Through years of learning, we have found the satisfaction of our employees to be one of the major drivers of client satisfaction and more positive reviews. Happy employees have helped us forge a stronger position in the market and build a company that is known for its excellence in customer services and product offerings.
Founders of Enforcer Group
Murray and Andrea Bloye founded Enforcer Group in 2007 when the company dealt in a single line of products – Speed Humps. The idea was to enforce street safety across Australia by providing quality products which could reduce the possibilities of accidents.
As business flourished, The Bloyes started receiving orders for other safety products too. This led to the diversification of the company’s product offerings. The expansion of business was accompanied with innovation in terms of design, the use of materials, and the manufacturing processes.
Both Murray and Andrea have constantly nurtured research and improvisation of the product offerings to lean towards products with lower carbon footprint, greater longevity, and better features. The founders of Enforcer Group actively run the company pushing the establishment to new heights of successfulness.
In 2015, the company expanded to a third party warehouse as the existing facility grew too small to accommodate the products and to meet higher demands.
The next milestone for the Enforcer Group was the growth of the company when new owners joined in 2019. This is also the time when the company moved to its present location in Keysborough. This is a strategic location for customers to easily pick their orders and for us to send orders across the length and breadth of the country helping us expand the areas we service.
The Enforcer Group operates with the singular mission of providing excellent products and services to all its clients and forging long-term relationships through every customer interaction. To achieve this mission we relentlessly research and innovate the materials and processes involved in manufacturing car park and safety products.
Our vision is to build a company that strongly stands by its values as it paves it explores new avenues of growth and successfulness keeping customer experience and employee satisfaction in mind.

Enforcer Group was founded by Murray, and Andrea Bloye, in 2007. It started as a single product business, selling Speed Humps to Enforce Street safety and to stop potential vehicle smash. From there, the business continued to concentrate on designing and developing a diversified range of products to extend its markets. In 2015 as the company grew, a third-party warehouse was needed due to the current warehouses becoming too small. In 2019 new owners joined Enforcer Group moving to a new location in Keysborough for easier access for customers to pick up and efficiently send orders nationally.
We are open and fully operational during the COVID-19 crisis.
